      Pros

      - work life balance (we work hard but we all have lives and they honor that) -Hybrid work model -Great company culture -Ability to gain bonuses at any level -Internal Involvement abilities at any level -Very Entreprenurial (you can always make a case to lead changes/start new traditions)

      Cons

      -Does not have a rigorous training program -Pay is good, but maybe not as competitive as the big 4 -Maternity leave is not very long
