Pros

When they get it right, a sold service can be detailed enough for a successful delivery. They have great ideas, but don't know how to enable them.

Cons

I received an 'Exceeding Expectations' for my first annual performance review, and then I was fired in the same week. As part of internal servicing, I was 100% client engaged and was expected to collaborate on identifying and defining what Digital Transformation was for the BU/BL leaders. I was asked to support the BDMs with GTM content. A BDM, using Hubspot asked me to create content for a prospective client following their request for "Digital to the Core". I asked to discover as much as possible, only to get a response of "the prospect read a book called 'Digital to the Core' and said "that they want it, I don't have any more info, go and discover it". With this level of ambiguity, I did my due diligence and researched all aspects of a GTM pre-sales presentation content and presented my DRAFT back to the BDM... silence, I followed up for clarity; is this what you were looking for? Is my messaging inline with yours? Silence. To be followed by a last minute invite to meet the Partner in 30 min. To which I was told "the quality of my work was poor", to which I en-queried "don't I get feedback from a submitted draft?". Since then I have been ghosted. Even my engagement director has not acknowledged me. USA, don't do it.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

Cons

Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
