Pros

-Teammates are hardworking and friendly - US company is diversifying and they're not solely reliant on a few major Financial Services clients.

Cons

- They do not care about their employees and offer limited support/benefits throughout the pandemic -The only thing they offered as a thank you for staying with the company through the pandemic was a $10 Starbucks Giftcard. - Lack of investment in Junior level employees, the pandemic was tough on a lot of people, and especially people with little to no professional experience. Being a part of the company felt very isolating and lacked a solid team structure to support one another. - Sent out a Comp/Benefits survey to employees, and once the feedback came back, Sia just completely disregarded the feedback and said no you're not underpaid when the market states otherwise and they're wondering why people are leaving. -Upper Management is completely disorganized, and in a virtual environment, this is just highlighted 10 fold. - Local staffing model so if you want a more generalist experience, you likely won't be able to do that and take on different types of projects. -Only trying to take on feedback once they've lost a lot of talent, it's a little too late for that and as an organization, you should always be continuously improving.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

Cons

Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
