The working environment is generally very pleasant, and the presence of supportive and friendly colleagues greatly enhances the overall experience. These positive aspects contribute to a comfortable and collaborative workplace atmosphere.

However, there are notable concerns regarding the company’s management practices. The leadership can be perceived as toxic, and there appears to be a bias in decision-making, particularly favoring actions from the headquarters(HQ). Additionally, employees may feel undervalued, as good performance is often not acknowledged or rewarded. Job security is also a concern, as there is a lack of transparency and stability, with the risk of sudden termination present even for high-performing individuals. If it were possible to give a zero-star rating, I would do so. However, the system requires a minimum of one star.
