Pros
1. Good environment
2. The MD is very visionary
Cons
1. Lots of confusion from the Heads of Department especially Digital
2. A newbie will really struggle as there's too much going stuff going on at the same time
3. HR/Management doesn't take into account employees' sentiments
4. Lots of gaslighting and backstabbing from the 'leaders' and fellow employees
5. Lots of excuses when it comes to salary reviews
6. Decision making is mainly done at top level, they don't involve the rest of the teams hence pressure on them when it comes to work
7. Most people work in silos, not very collaborative
