Pros
Work Life Balance and care for employee...Most of them say FY closure pressure but being a Financial industry it is common but at Shriram you do not even know how did get to close your FY... much much less than other Financial companies.
Cons
Nothing---everything from the leadership team, ambience, time management --- all good
