Pros
Work schedule is Sunday to Thursday with Friday and Saturday off.
Cons
I am sharing my experience based on my time at the company. Salary payments were frequently delayed despite commitments that salaries would be credited by the 5th of each month. In several cases, if a month’s salary was not paid, it remained pending for extended periods.
During my tenure, delays in salary payments were a recurring issue, and in some instances, multiple months of salary remained unpaid. After my exit, attempts to follow up on pending dues were met with delayed or no response.
There is limited transparency around salary disbursement, and communication from management regarding payment timelines is inconsistent. The company also lacks a dedicated HR function, making it difficult to address employee concerns effectively.
Additionally, there are no structured employee benefits or engagement initiatives. The organizational setup also appears informal, with some project management and team leadership responsibilities handled in a non-traditional or non-full-time manner, which can affect coordination and accountability.
Overall, if timely salary payments and clear communication are important to you, this may not be the right environment.
