Cons

The worst leadership, and by leadership I mean the CEO, because he wants direct control on literally everything, micromanaging even analysts and junior staff. Not only he lacks of brightness and doesn’t have a clue on what he is doing, but he is also a dangerous micromanager who keeps exclusivity on micro decisions, without knowing anything about that topic or that specific department. Result: people are totally unhappy, the company keeps going down and down, the turnover is unparalleled. This guy is too junior to be a CEO. He is bad also as a team lead in reality. Embarrassing really.
