Networking with designers and buyers.

Cons

Late paychecks (at least 3-4 weeks late!!!) High employee turnover (2-3 people leaving each month). 2/3 of the people working there are young unpaid interns. Poor and unprofessional conflict resolution. Very disorganized environment. The owners are very shady and disrespectful towards employees.
