      Pros

      Lovely team, both in London and HO in Ghent. Nice offices, so-so benefits, some good socials.

      Cons

      Been overtaken by the competition in product development Seen by most companies as a 'nice to have', not a 'must have' Very few industries see the need - tech, pharma, and maybe 1-2 others, and has to be companies of a certain size who have the assets to live on the platform. Seen so many good people come and go over the years, growth is pretty flat and so people leave to get up the career ladder

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
