      Pros

      The people here are nice and caring. Decent benefits. If you're a white european man, you're going to THRIVE here. They'll even make up titles and departments just for you. Not apart of that group? You're screwed.

      Cons

      Leadership team. Compensation is WAY below market. This company has laid off HUNDREDS of employees in the past couple of years. Don't believe Showpad's "responses"-they're all massive BS.

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
