Showpad Response
2yDear former Showpad employee,
First of all thank you for investing in our people, product and company culture all during your years at Showpad. We appreciate you and your commitment. We are glad you enjoyed working at the Chicago office and appreciated the benefits provided to you.
During the reduction in force in December 2022, we let go of less than 50 of our valued employees, and we did not have additional layoffs in May. We did reorganize our Marketing and BDR teams during that time period, which resulted in a limited number of role eliminations.
As with any business operating during challenging economic times, we have made difficult decisions to ensure the job security of hundreds of employees and set us up for generational success in the years to come.
At Showpad, we are committed to paying competitively. We’ve made consistent investments in market corrections and the majority of Showpadders are within our compensation ranges. We continue to proactively monitor our employee compensation to ensure we are paying competitively and are confident we do so.
We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization. We foster inclusion by truly embracing and celebrating our differences so we can unlock everyone’s full potential. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer whose mission is to build an inclusive culture where everyone belongs and embraces diverse perspectives. We also take a data- driven approach to improving our DEI efforts with our long-standing partner, Hollistic.
We wish you nothing but the best,
Showpad
