      Pros

      - Senior Leadership team that pays attention to its teams and is very supportive - opportunity to make great $$$ - competitive team which makes work fun, everyone wants to see each other succeed and is willing to help but we all want to be at the top - 1:1 AE/BDR alignment

      Cons

      Just like any 10 year old start up, there’s growing pains and can be lots of changes but just have to communicate with management and they’ll help you

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
