      Horrible company. Beware! No clear direction the company just does whatever to fluctuate numbers when in reality the product sucks many glitches the customers are unhappy & abusive the few they have left are total nightmares to work with. No structure internally. Management sucks and very dishonest about what's really going on behind the scenes. Growth would be to leave.

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
