Clear favouritism across management. Unstable environment. Every few years lays off significant % of the team. Low salary unless you're in the UK. Any attempt to build a work culture was abandoned. Leadership needs to take a long hard look at their own performance. How many times do you need to restructure the company significantly before you realize that there are problems at the top. I wouldn't be surprised if Showbie is sold in a year or two.

The teams really care about the end user. Communication is moving in the right direction, with the company being more aligned than ever. Things are finally looking up and I do hope things keep going that way for them.

Major layoffs in the last years due to senior management's inability to choose a direction. Feedback isn't given in a constructive manner. Unrealistic goal setting is not helping morale.
