Pros
There is nothing good about working here. Found out they switched all employees to pennies and screw over the employees who've been there.
Cons
Management never listens. They just refer it to as a corporate issue. Well corporate is doing this and that. Was screwing employees over with a "tip pool" that doesn't work like any tip pool I've ever seen. They need restructuring, better pay, treat employees better, have management that knows what their doing. Not just standing around and hanging out with their "friends"
