Pros
The company is constantly growing and changing. Over the last few years there's been growth and expansion that doesn't seem to be slowing down. People are friendly and helpful and there are always happy hours, sports teams or other events going on to encourage collaboration. The new office in Willis Tower is amazing, with 360 views, tons of meeting spaces and a nice open environment.
Cons
It can get really busy and people can often feel stretched, however its usually for a greater good.
