Pros
Great culture, great people, very team oriented. Unique opportunity to be directly involved with highly complex in-store strategic activation with Walmart top leadership and fortune 500 suppliers.
Cons
Very political atmosphere with co-ownership of ASM and Crossmark. Performance not always rewarded based on merit but based on politics and favorites. Working with Walmart can be challenging -- not quick to make changes/decisions. Employees underpaid for work.
