Owner is involved and focused on keeping the business healthy. When at our building he was on the floor often and you could easily talk to him. There's tough decisions in business at times but Jimmy has kept the company stable for over 40 years thru covid and now in an uncertain market, and avoided drastic swings in headcount or pay. Pay is competitive and even on the high end for some positions and most people have the opportunity to get a bonus. I respect that Jimmy is always trying to make things better but is hindered due to rapid growth.
