Pros
The people I worked with was for the most part pretty good people and I enjoyed working with them. The pay and benefits were very good
Cons
There was no structure when it came to projects. Too many people involved to make simple decisions that led to massive delays in shipping. Often times there was little to no communication between levels making project approvals take ridiculously long. Very disorganized. Was told multiple times that I would be promoted but management kept switching up and then putting holds on promotions. Then once promotions were unfrozen, the goal posts moved so I had to wait another year for a promo.
