Cons
- Hire mostly fresh graduates. - Even if you are overqualified for the position, do not expect to get the role because the company favors fresh graduates. - A start-up company doesn’t mean that you will only hire fresh graduates only. Balance the employee demographic. Hire more experienced employees. - Upper management that doesn’t have the idea on how technicalities in each department work still get the favor of doing major decision-making without involving the ideas of the people. - Micromanagement (at least in my department) - Very short and unreasonable deadlines
