We truly appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience working with Shopee Singapore was an unpleasant one. It is true that we hire many people from Mainland China, however we do encourage our employees to voice out their opinions to make the workplace a better one.
With regards to the working hours, we are hoping to reach a day where our working hours will become shorter. Employees are also no longer required to tap in and out to clock working hours.
