Pros
- Work that challenges you; good for a fresh grad - Young environment, flatter hierarchy compared to other MNCs - Above median pay in Singapore for fresh grads, good starting platform
Cons
- Attendance and hours stayed in the hours is tracked, RTO everyday (working hours are accommodated for working parents but not for fresh grads) - Working day starts quite late (normal for teams to start working at 10am) and end late - Dress code is casual which can be a pro or con depending on your preferences - Extremely team dependent- some teams are more bonded while others are very cold - Poor WLB, OT is the norm - People are constantly leaving yet project deadlines do not change, leads to very poor morale and onboarding experiences for new hires (constantly trying to keep up with what your predecessor left you with) - Constant reorgs, makes your work scope change all the time - Poor increment, very competitive curve to receive higher increment/ bonus especially in poor market conditions - Poor benefits (very little flexibenefits/ credits, no insurance claim, poor team bonding budgets) - Altogether, good starting place for fresh grads with no liabilities/ responsibilities and eager to learn new things but not so much for working adults with kids/ other responsibilities
