Yes, there is really good politics in company. If you are good at politics you can join. There is salary cycle which is too complicate, But in simple words they hold your 20 days salary per month. Leave policy is really bad. Only 3 sick leave or emergency leave per Year. Management is poor. No proper System for work as well..
