Pros
Wonderful place to practice from a clinical perspective. Setting was beautiful and well maintained. Physicians, nursing and rehab teams were top notch. Senior administration was supportive and helpful.
Cons
Inpatient director level leadership was not only unsupportive but manipulative and actively limited provision of mental health care with a high need population. Compensation was grossly below market and directors were resistant to using well established salary databases
