Even though we value all feedback, but we never had any working for us from Calfiy City, California. We are yet to set up an office anywhere outside India, hopefully, this year though :D We as a company care a lot about work-life balance and to make sure no one gets into a burnout phase - We have a flexible work hour policy and in fact, we are one of the very few companies in Ahmedabad, who neither track punch in time etc nor do we track time on tasks of the sprint. - We have 5 day work week policy - We have no questions asked unlimited leave policy where you have to just pre-inform about your leaves before in case of planned vacations, in case of medical emergency a ping about you and your family's well being is more important nothing else - We provide a 7-day mandatory vacation during Diwali every year wherein the whole team is on leave - We are one of the very few companies which don't play CTC games and what you see on angel or any job openings today is complete in Hand, we don't even count device support, learning rewards and ESOPs in our CTCs - We did hit a roadblock during covid19 due to cashflow delays but there were no salary cuts
