Their role is to support drivers through strong communication, especially during key events like claims, accidents, or situations that naturally require more frequent updates. We also want to emphasize that trip planning and hours management are handled thoughtfully. While some plans may not seem to line up at first glance, trust that there is often a broader strategy in place — such as coordinating load swaps with other drivers — to keep freight moving and get you where you need to be safely and on time. To clarify, our drivers receive a consistent weekly salary, so they always know exactly what their paycheck will be, along with monthly bonuses that are calculated separately.
