The pay was decent but that's where it ends.
Cons
Speaking from the marking B2B/B2C side, these where my experience working for them.
They get rid of there best employees
No notice will be sent if you get let go, so just leave when you find a new job.
Management sucks
Health insurance sucks
No clear direction
No 401K or benefits
Unrealistic expectation
Senior management has no idea what they are doing
