1. Diversity in the workplace. This company truly values an inclusive environment and diverse organization. 99% of the employees they hire are minorities. This is probably my favorite thing about this company. That we all come from a diverse range of faiths, cultures, and backgrounds. 2. Open lines of communication. This company encourages transparency which is a good way to foster psychological safety and help employees feel comfortable sharing personal problems when it is necessary. I have been shown so much compassion when I disclosed a personal loss. 3. This company shows sincere interest in the needs, hopes, and dreams of their employees. This company equips their leadership to understand and embrace the differences in their employees. They try their best to match work assignments to contribute to both performance and employee satisfaction. I think that is why the employees are willing to go to the extra mile for the company.

This is a very fast-paced work environment where things happen very quickly and employees often juggle multiple tasks at once. If you're not good with time management, you may find little time for casual breaks throughout the workday. Time management skills are a priority here.
