Pros
-Well known conglomerate company with stable progress in Sarawak -Big company with Big office -Give chances to fresh graduates to learn - Can learn quite a lot - helpful colleagues - okay working environment - most of the time peaceful - 1 hour 30 min breaks
Cons
-Used to have good management. Now very bad with the corporate in charge -Low salary -Not much benefit and compensation -Some unfairness (some people who know the top management get a lot of benefits without doing anything important) -Doesn't appreciate staff -No incentives for doing more than what is in the job description -Staff who sacrificed a lot always get rejected for requesting simple things -Big company meaning many staff and you will not get noticed for hardwork - increment and bonus is just okay - 1 month bonus usually -So many rules but the boomers and others like corporate get free pass to disobey it -Slow or stagnant career progression -have to work on saturday (half day) - women have to wear ugly uniforms
