Pros

Nowhere else could I have learned so much, so quickly. I came in as a technical expert and have since had the opportunity to grow into leading a team and now helping steer the company's technical vision. This isn't a place where you are siloed; if you have the drive, you will be given opportunities to learn and take on responsibilities that are very difficult to find elsewhere. The work itself is some of the hardest and most meaningful in the industry. We're not just building another SaaS app, endpoint security tool, or data analytics platform; we're creating a complex hardware and software product for critical systems in a domain where the stakes are incredibly high. The problems are complex, the technology is fascinating, and the mission matters. You are surrounded by brilliant, driven people who are genuinely committed to solving these challenges.

Cons

This is a category-defining startup in the truest sense, and it operates in the demanding world of defense tech. It's hard. There are long hours, ambiguity, and the constant pressure to deliver on a complex product. We have definitely experienced failures and growing pains along the way. As a company, we haven't gotten everything right the first time (or the second time for that matter). The key difference is that there's a deep-seated culture of learning from those mistakes, adapting quickly, and persevering. It requires resilience, but that's how real growth happens.

Pros

- A fantastic mission, it doesn't feel like work. Wonderful culture. - You will make a difference here - You will find yourself in front of decision makers and customers - There is zero micromanagement - Great office in Rosslyn - Really good benefits and some quality of life options - Competitive pay - Unlimited PTO that people actually use

Cons

- One con may be if you want a very prescriptive 9 to 5. There are certainly roles that offer that here but as a startup you'll likely wear many hats,
