Pros

My co-trainees and I started full of excitement and hope. For many of us, it was our very first job, and we were eager to prove ourselves. Though everything fell apart later, I'm grateful for the friends I made and for learning just how cruel the real world can be.

Cons

- Every promise made was a complete lie. Good pay, balance, and a fun workplace were nothing but bait to lure us in. - We were misled from the very beginning, fed with false hope and empty words. - The company used our excitement and inexperience as a weapon against us, exploiting every ounce of effort we gave. - Unrealistic deadlines were thrown at us without mercy, and long hours became the norm. - Exhaustion, frustration, and constant pressure filled every day until enthusiasm turned into pure resentment. - The leadership and CEO showed no care for employees-only greed, control, and self-interest. - Working here was not an opportunity; it was a brutal lesson in how far a company will go to take advantage of its people.

Pros

Coworkers are the only reason this place is tolerable. The team is supportive, hardworking, and genuinely good to work with.

Cons

The people running Shift Now fail at even the basics. Care for employees is nonexistent. Guidance is missing, direction is unclear, and support is nowhere to be found. Staff are left neglected, confused, and forced to figure everything out alone. It is hard to understand what those in charge even do, because leadership feels absent and ineffective. Most employees never feel supported or valued, only ignored and left to struggle.
