Pros
The salary is good, management for the most part is understanding and competant. If you are college graduate and are willing to relocate, you can move up the ladder quickly
Cons
If you are not in the MTP (management training program) It may be difficult to move up, even if you are outstanding at your job. Your district manager is required to hire new MTP's every year and promote them, which although you may be more capable at your job, you will be passed over. It is very hard for them to terminate or reassign underperformers (this may be a pro for some people) but for me, I find this terribly frustrating, because I excell at my job, as does the rest of my team, but we are held down by a few anchors. Company structure is designed to rapidly promote individuals who are willing to relocate and you can expect to make moves every 1.5 to 3 years if you want to advance. Average length of stay is 2 years in one position. Aetna medical insurance programs bites
