Pros
The company has many friendly, caring people working in key areas. They pay management well; with bonus opportunities and compensations. They are very customer-focused, although they take the phrase "the customer is always right" to the extreme--with sometimes severe consequences to local management.
Cons
Don't buck the system; even if you are right, you will be punished for it. The company does not treat different locations fairly and distinctly. If the guy in the next city is doing well, you should be doing well also, regardless of differences in local markets. They are fixated more on profits than on doing the right thing, although I believe this is a sore point with many corporations these days.
