Pros

I developed my skills and took them to the next level - because the team was small, I had many opportunities to make big contributions. Work culture is great, and they truly value work-life balance. They embraced the remote work culture and trusted their employees would perform just as well (and even better) that way.

Cons

Financially unstable. Management took way too long to make changes that supported revenue. Too many changes in strategy eventually made constant adaptation a burden.
