Pros
Co workers, feel goods when helping someone out whether customer or coworker. Paid the bills
Cons
Horrible insurance. Practically no benefits, you have to use your personal pto as sick days, and vacation days. Management is horrible. One of them can hardly speak fluent English, and she’s very rude. She has openly admitted to “hating” people. Not personable at all. The other is a micromanager seeking everyone’s downfall. They allow management to treat and talk to you however they want. No repercussions. You don’t get compensated fairly for the amount of work you do especially when short staffed. When suggested to offer raises, was told by the new CEO that you get paid what you’re worth. Nothing more or less.
