      The work itself is interesting and Some outsourced training

      Cons

      Unreasonable working hours made to feel guilty if you didn’t work overtime expected to work every weekend, no gratitude for any hard work put in. The management is the problem with the company the GM is nothing more then a bully and feels it’s ok to shout and demean staff for the littlest of things, improper training expected to learn on the job and ridiculed if an error is made, toxic work place

      Offers a good selection of work.

      Cons

      My experience with this company was disappointing, The lack of work-life balance and a very controlling management approach created a stressful environment. It took me a condiderable amount of time to regain my confidence after leaving. I now work for a new company that encourages and supports me, I am far more productive, happier and regained my confidence.
