Pros
The culture at Shepherd Center is amazing - warm and inviting, focused on providing the best patient care. The leadership is supportive and welcomes ideas and innovation to improve the provision of our services. The pay scale is on par with where they need to be and when they aren't HR assesses this and makes adjustments accordingly.
Cons
Because of it's size, there is some limitation in upward mobility. However, shepherd has processes and opportunities in place to facilitate professional growth.
