screw up your work profile, screw up your life. Keep on writing sql codes again and again. The company is very small, I don't think it will increase also because of politics. You will never get a salary on time. They wont give appraisal on time, if they give also it will be very less.
As one candidate said managers are bad here. Its very true. What ever he said is true. You wont learn anything from here.
Always you will be working on C#,and SQL. You will never be exposed to advanced concepts here.
Team leaders or managers, they doesn't know anything except scolding and insulting newly joined employees and they screw employees as they want. They will never give chance to implement your ideas, you have to work as they tell, and you should say yes for whatever they tell.
