- High starting salary for fresh grads - Standard 9-6 job but you will be pressured to OT to "be in the good books"

- No progression, hierarchy is flat as it is a family business - Everything depends on the boss's mood down to the bonus payouts. Saw one employee having his bonus ripped up infront of his face. - Non-existent HR, HR trying to make you leave instead of stay - Your colleagues aren't colleagues but spies to report your every move to the boss - No pay increment until you're the last remaining person and they cannot risk losing you - Most jobs here are data entry, they hire degree holders to do data entry. - 3 month notice for an entry level job - Micromanaging every detail down to how many times you go toilet - No pantry, welfare is non existent - You need to do a receptionist's job because they want to save money
