Pros
Work life balance is decent. The people here love doing parties on petty excuses under official reasons and use office cards to pay the bill.
Cons
1. They do not see much opportunity in India as a market 2. They do not value your external experience prior to Shell 3. Company is centrally organised and managed with low designation and pay jobs resting in India (its a back-office) 4. They have a culture which promotes bias and show-offs 5. You cannot be a subject matter expert in Shell. You have to change roles every 4 years and it is not easy to migrate from one role to other as you depend on the mercy of your line manager and have to be very sweet with him/ her all time.
