      The benefits are great which helps offset the stifling bureaucracy The people you work with are very smart and professional

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic Only favors a select few as annual review process doesn't work properly Very difficult to stay in a role for a longer time period

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
