Great Culture specially safety and Diversity. Managers cant shout at you like other indian companies Good Pay but tax unfriendly structure Work Life balance good for most part of the year Focus on development
Cons
Too many processes which slow down work Too many changes happening at the moment leading to lack of clarity on work to be done Many of my skills are underutilized Food in cafeteria isn't upto the mark. Just give us sodexos so that we have a choice Tax unfriendly structure
