      Dynamic organization with a lot of emphasis on conventional oil and gas. Very international colleagues with a lot of drive. Well paying and top benefits.

      Cons

      Constant re organizations that can create stress, burnouts. Misalignments between business and IT on goals and ever changing scope and reduced budgets. No growth or emphasis on renewables and clean energy is a big negative.
