• lack of diversity • senior management is just white, blonde, middle class women who are all friends • some very questionable things heard in the office • over worked, often till 2am and then no praise or thanks • anonymous mental health survey sent round, then management reads out a ‘negative’ response and singles out person in front of entire company. Totally unprofessional and mean. • anything remotely negative was taken personally by management. • not in central london • no overtime, time in lieu or thank yous
