Toxic work environment - Accounting Sheer Employee Review

Used to be an amazing company but new ownership allows toxic management that micromanages and treats accounting employees like dirt. You get talked to like you’re an incompetent dog. They hired consultants to run the department and they have ruined everything but this is what leadership wants and how they want their employees treated it seems. Policy is different for different employees depending on if they’re the controllers friends. Mismanagement of money means carriers don’t get paid so there’s always angry carriers. Just sad how much has changed for the bad when this used to be an amazing place to work.
