When business is good it can be very good, when its slow it is painfully slow and redefines the age old saying of sales being either "feast or famine."
Cons
The pay rarely is enough for the hours and energy required to make it in the industry. Small profit margins make the volume based pay plan Ideal but it then requires a high volume to make any decent money,
