      Exposure of cases, high profile clients, good reputation, work life balance depends on the partner you work with, individual room for each lawyer, sufficient supporting staff.

      Cons

      Hierarchical atmosphere, pay not as attractive as some law firms, bonus based on achievement of targeted billings sometimes not realistic and depends entirely on whether partner the lawyer work with able to bring in sufficient business. Promotion based on years of experience not on performance, hence no motivation to excel for some.
