Needs work - Grocery Manager Shaw's Employee Review

Pay is ok but better 20 years ago as its about the same after all those years of inflation. Work is not overly hard just never done as labor is minimal with maximum expectation. Many people get burned out and turned off. Most things that show appreciation for an employee or make the company a place people want to be have been dismantled over the last 10 years pushing all rewards and gratitude to the top brass of the company.
