There are a small amount of people that are refreshing to work with professionally.
Cons
Pay is not sufficient enough for staff workers to live off of, there are no opportunities for promotion or even a pay raise/ bonus. Toxic environment, employers that do not care for the well being of their workers. Too many people that are 65 and older who do not understand basic computer skills. Leader ship is out of touch and pocketing money instead of making sure that workers are properly compensated. Poorly ran institution that is always on the verge of not meeting the budget/ audit. Unsafe working environment as well as hazardous living conditions for students.
